Cancellation Policy

TruLee Life Evolution LLC – Client Policies & Partnership Agreement (Optimized for 2500-character max – actual count: 2,212) By enrolling in any TruLee Life Evolution program (Personal Training, Wellness Coaching, Personal Evolution & Growth, Youth/Homeschool Fitness, Events, or Hybrid offerings), you agree to these policies. Our Partnership We provide customized, sustainable training and coaching using natural methods for real-life results. You commit to consistent effort, honesty, and ownership. Lasting transformation requires your full participation. Your Responsibilities • Complete PAR-Q, Health History, Intake, and Liability Waiver honestly before starting. • Secure medical clearance from your physician if indicated. • Submit required logs and trackers on time. • Arrive prepared and train with full effort. • Implement the program consistently between sessions. Scheduling & Cancellation All sessions booked in advance. 48-hour notice required for rescheduling (one free reschedule per program). Late cancels/no-shows forfeited with no refund or makeup. In-person sessions weather-dependent. Communication Communication via sessions, client portal, or email. Responses Monday–Friday 9AM–6PM EST (up to 48 hrs non-urgent). 24/7 support not included. Payment & Refunds Payment due at enrollment. No refunds after first session or 7 days from enrollment (whichever first). Completed sessions, custom programming, and setup are non-refundable. Health, Safety & Legal All physical activity carries inherent risks of injury or illness. You assume all risks. TruLee Life Evolution LLC, Scott Lee and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damages. Services are for fitness, wellness, and personal development only — not medical advice or treatment. Consult your physician. Results vary with effort and individual factors. You release and waive all claims. Conduct & Termination Mutual respect required. Failure to follow program, repeated lateness, or disrespect may result in termination without refund. Governing Law Laws of Pennsylvania apply. Policies may be updated.
