Terms of Service & Program Policies
Last Updated: May 2026
By registering for the TruLee Life Evolution Movement Enrichment Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Nature
This is a voluntary, informal outdoor movement enrichment program designed to supplement homeschool families’ physical activity. It is not a Physical Education class, daycare service, after-school club, or supervised childcare program.
We provide group instruction, games, and activities, but we do not offer individual supervision or childcare services.
2. Parent Responsibility & Attendance
This is a parent-attended program. A parent or guardian must remain on site for the entire session.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child’s safety, behavior, supervision, and well-being at all times.
Coach Scott facilitates group activities but cannot monitor every child individually.
3. Registration & Payment
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Spots are limited to 25 children per session. Full payment is required to secure a spot.
Waitlist & Refund
Registration fees are non-refundable once a spot is confirmed and the child is placed in a group.
If your child is placed on a waitlist:
We will make every effort to accommodate them.
If we are unable to place your child in a group (either because the group is full or we do not have enough waitlisted children to open a new group in their age range), you will have the option to:
Receive a full refund, or
Apply the full amount as a credit toward the next semester, with priority placement in the desired group.
We will communicate waitlist status and options promptly.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations are allowed at any time. However, registration fees are non-refundable once your child has been placed in a group and sessions have begun.
Why we cannot offer refunds:
Groups and schedules are built based on initial registrations.
When we accept your registration, we often turn away other families.
Those families frequently commit to other programs, meaning we lose the opportunity to fill that spot.
Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds or credits after placement, even if you later need to withdraw. Your registration fee reserves your child’s spot and helps us maintain stable group sizes for the entire semester.
4. Minimum Enrollment Policy
Important: Each group requires a minimum of 8 children to run as scheduled.
This program is a small business, and Coach Scott must adjust his personal training schedule to make these sessions possible. If a group does not reach the minimum of 8 participants, we reserve the right to adjust days/times, combine groups, or cancel/reschedule that group.
We will notify registered families as early as possible if any changes are necessary. Your registration fee may be refunded if you choose not to continue or transferred to another group/time.
Thank you for understanding that this policy helps us maintain a sustainable, high-quality program for our families.
5. Registration
This is a first-come, first-served program.
Due to limited space (maximum 25 children per session), spots are filled in the order that full payment is received. We do not hold spots, play favorites, or make exceptions — everyone is treated equally and fairly.
If a group reaches capacity, new registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
Your paid registration fee secures your child’s spot, subject to the first-come, first-served policy.
Early registration is strongly encouraged as popular days and groups tend to fill quickly.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming your family!
6. Waitlist & Expansion
We are committed to accommodating as many families as possible.
If a group reaches capacity, new registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
If we receive enough interest on the waitlist (minimum of 8 children), we will make every effort to open an additional time slot for that age group. We will always communicate clearly with waitlisted families and prioritize keeping groups as age-appropriate as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to serve our growing community.
7. Sibling Activities
Gentle sidelined activities for non-enrolled siblings may be offered as a free courtesy only. We reserve the right to discontinue these activities at any time if they become disruptive, unsafe, or damaging to supplies.
8. Weather & Cancellations
Sessions are held outdoors. Participants should dress appropriately for the weather. If weather conditions become unsafe, the session will be canceled and a makeup day will be scheduled when possible. There are no refunds or credits for missed sessions if you cannot attend the makeup day.
9. Holiday & Missed Sessions
Holidays
Sessions will not be held on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, New Year’s, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.). These dates are already excluded from the 15- or 16-week semester. No refunds or credits will be given for scheduled holiday breaks.
Personal Vacations & Absences
We understand families have busy lives and vacations. However, because group sizes and schedules are fixed based on registrations, no refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are available for missed days due to vacations, illness, or personal scheduling.
We encourage you to plan around the published calendar as much as possible so your child can get the full benefit of the program.
10. Health & Participation Policy
Coach Scott is not a doctor, physical therapist, occupational therapist, counselor, or licensed healthcare provider. This program does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or manage any medical, physical, emotional, developmental, or mental health conditions.
It is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to:
Assess their child’s physical and emotional readiness to participate
Understand any limitations or restrictions their child may have
Monitor and manage their child’s health and well-being during sessions
Special Accommodations
If your child requires special accommodations, we will do our best to support reasonable requests. However, we cannot guarantee accommodations that distract from the main group activities, require one-on-one attention from Coach Scott, or alter the core structure of the session for other participants.
All accommodation requests are subject to the sole discretion of Coach Scott and TruLee Life Evolution LLC. We reserve the right to decline any request that we determine may be overly stressful, distracting to the group, require significant one-on-one attention, or otherwise interfere with our ability to safely and effectively lead the session for all participants.
Parents remain fully responsible for their child’s needs. If we are unable to accommodate a request, we will communicate this promptly.
Participation Flexibility
We want every child to have a positive experience. If your child needs to sit out for any portion of an activity, skip certain exercises, or miss a session entirely, they are welcome to do so. This will not be viewed negatively and will not affect their Progress Report or Certificate of Completion.
Please note: Because group sizes and schedules are fixed, missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions, regardless of the reason.
Our goal is simple: Create a fun, low-stress environment where kids can enjoy movement and play with their peers at their own pace.
By registering, you acknowledge that you understand and accept full responsibility for your child’s health, safety, and participation decisions.
11. Code of Conduct & Removal
We strive to maintain a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all participants.
We expect all children, parents, guardians, siblings, and guests to demonstrate respectful, kind, and cooperative behavior at all times.
We reserve the right to remove any child, parent, guardian, sibling, or guest from the program — immediately and without refund — if their behavior is disruptive, dangerous, volatile, rude, harmful to the group dynamic, or negatively impacts the experience or safety of other participants.
Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the behavior of their child, siblings, and any guests they bring to the program.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
12. Community & Respect
TruLee Life Evolution is a secular, inclusive program focused on movement, personal growth, and building confidence in a positive environment.
We kindly ask all parents, guardians, siblings, guests, and participants to refrain from discussing controversial topics (such as politics, religion, or other strongly held beliefs and values) while at sessions. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where every child and family feels safe, respected, and included — without fear of judgment or division.
We strive to foster a growth-mindset culture centered on collaboration, kindness, and fun physical activity.
Consequences for Violations If behavior or conversations make others feel excluded, unsafe, or uncomfortable:
We may issue a gentle redirection warning on the first occurrence.
In serious cases, or in the event of repeat issues, we reserve the right to remove the child, parent, guardian, or guest from the program immediately.
All decisions regarding conflicts or removal will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
By registering, you agree to support and uphold this respectful, inclusive environment for the benefit of all children in the program.
Liability Acknowledgment: While we set clear expectations and strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and wholesome environment, we cannot control every conversation or interaction. By participating in this group program, you acknowledge that exposure to differing opinions, speech patterns, or occasional inappropriate comments is an inherent risk of any group activity.
TruLee Life Evolution LLC and Coach Scott are not liable for any stress, anxiety, emotional distress, trauma, or negative experiences that may result from interactions with other participants, parents, or guests.
By registering, you agree to support and uphold this respectful, inclusive environment for the benefit of all children in the program.
13. Sick Policy
The health and safety of all participants is very important to us.
Please do not attend sessions if you or any member of your family is sick. This includes children, parents/guardians, siblings, or guests showing signs of illness such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough, sore throat, colored nasal discharge, or any other contagious symptoms.
If someone arrives noticeably ill, we reserve the right to ask them to go home for the safety and comfort of the group.
Missed sessions due to illness are subject to the refund policy.
Liability & Risk Acknowledgment By participating in this program, you acknowledge and accept that there is an inherent risk of exposure to illness in any group activity, just as there is in any public setting. Everyone is responsible for making their own responsible judgment calls regarding health and attendance.
TruLee Life Evolution LLC, any of its affiliates, and Coach Scott are not responsible for any illness contracted by you, your child, or any family member while participating in the program.
As a courtesy, for sick or missed days we may provide optional independent activities (worksheets, video suggestions, or printable exercises) to help your child continue working on movement skills at home.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our program environment as healthy as possible for everyone.
14. Liability Release & Assumption of Risk
You understand and agree that participation in this program involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or accident.
By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks and release TruLee Life Evolution LLC, Scott Lee, and all associated parties from any and all liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage (including death) that may occur to you, your child, or any guests you bring, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
15. Communication
All communication should be sent to Team@TruleeLifeEvolution.com. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response during normal operating times.
16. Changes to Program
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify schedules, locations, or policies as needed. Any major changes will be communicated to enrolled families.
Acceptance
By completing registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms of Service and Policies above.
